Introducing All TWICE’s Successive Lodgings! Featuring Some Episodes on How Rooms are Allocated and How They Actually Live in the Dormitory.

It’s not surprising to know that Korean idol groups live together to manage and protect the private lives of idols and foster teamwork.

TWICE has been living together since their debut, and they will tell us about interesting happenings during their time together, so as a fan, I’m happy that the members are having a good time outside their activities.

We will also introduce what kind of dormitory TWICE has lived in, as well as room allocation and episodes in the dormitory.

TWICE’s first residence was a three-story single-family home. TWICE’s graceful private life, which was broadcast shortly after its debut, showed that TWICE members are living happily and lively as ordinary girls, and not just as an idol.

In the large living room, nine people live in harmony with each other by delivering what they want to eat, sharing it with everyone, and playing mafia games.

The kitchen was spacious and open, and they were happily making lunch boxes for Dahyun, who was about to enter the entrance exam.

Of the five rooms, three were used by TWICE members for two, four, and three members which will be introduced to the room allocation later.

The remaining two rooms are one where the manager lives and the other is the costume room.

And there were a total of 6 toilets and a powder room in the basement.

When one member was a newcomer, she was so busy that it was difficult to get enough sleep, so she went to the schedule by finishing makeup and hair setting in the powder room in the basement instead of the beauty salon.

It seems convenient to go to the basement immediately after getting up without going through a beauty salon and go to work as it is, but from the perspective of TWICE themselves, it seems that makeup in the powder room was difficult.

The reason was that the dormitory was a relaxing space, and the basement was dimly lit, so it was easy to fall asleep while doing make-up, and couldn’t switch to work mode.

She said that the beauty salon is bright and stretches her spine from a feeling of tension that is not at home, so she naturally wakes up and becomes motivated.

Roommate Allocation

Jeongyeon and Momo

Jeongyeon and Momo have become friends with each other since they started to use the smallest room for two people.

As they got to know each other, the way they talked became similar, and as they slept together in one bed every night, they also became so intimate that there was no room for other members to intervene.

It has been revealed that other members have locked the room and never appeared in the world of two people when they went to call Jeongyeon and Momo.

As the episodes that were too close to each other spread in this way, the two became known as the Jungmo couple and were called the TWICE couple.

Jeongyeon sends a congratulatory message every year on Momo’s birthday, calling her “eternal roommate,” which tells us that the roommate period was an irreplaceable time for Jeongyeon and Momo.

Nayeon, Jihyo, Sana, and Mina

Nayeon, Jihyo, Sana, and Mina were using the largest room in the dormitory.

It may be said that there are many people, but it was the busiest room because there were bright and talkative Nayeon, Jihyo, and Sana, and it was a place where other members gathered and played next to the living room.

If you put four beds on it, it would get narrower, but there were times when all nine of us were crammed together and put on a mirror ball and danced crazy.

And it was this quadruple room that was noisy not only while they were awake but also while they were sleeping. Mina, the only one who had a good night’s sleep, revealed that she woke up and witnessed everything because of the eccentricity of the three.

Jihyo started calling and the members couldn’t remember who she was talking to when she woke up in the morning, Nayeon suddenly started singing and laughing, and Sana got up while sleeping and said, “One In A Million! Hello! There are so many episodes of sleeping habits, such as starting to say hello, “It’s TWICE.”

It was also important when insects appeared, and I was angry at Jeongyeon who was sleeping in a separate room after making a fuss at midnight.

Especially when the members with strong individuality became roommates, the episodes were all interesting, and at that time fans were looking forward to hearing the story of the dormitory life of a quadruple room.

Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu

TWICE’s manner lines, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, became roommates naturally because they were students and had similar life rhythms at the time of their debut.

It was larger than a double room and smaller than a quadruple room, so it had a bunk bed and a single bed.

On the single bed, there is a stuffed dog Ko Min-jun, a partner dog that Tzuyu bought at IKEA before starting the dormitory life, so Dahyun and Chae-young are using bunk beds.

TWICE, which moves every one to two years, is moving from the dormitory that was open to the public in 2017 for an elegant private life.

The exact date and reason for moving in 2017 are not clear, but probably because the dormitory and the vicinity of the dormitory were reflected in “Elegant Private Life”, the location of the dormitory was specified, causing inconvenience to the neighborhood. It seems likely that they have moved to protect TWICE members.

It was when VLIVE is broadcasted that it became clear that TWICE had moved to a new dormitory.

Since the living room was different from the first dormitory, it was confirmed that they had moved, but details such as the interior and floor plan other than the living room are not disclosed, and TWICE himself does not mention it.

However, since 2017, TWICE has made a big break and became a global star, so there is no doubt that it has moved to a higher grade dormitory than before.

Roommate Allocation

Jeongyeon and Momo

Jeongyeon and Momo were roommates who continued to use the double room from the previous dormitory. The two people, who are still close friends like a married couple, recorded a video of going out on a yakiniku date in the same fashion on Korean Couple Day.

In the past, when Momo used to portray a Barbie doll to play a hairdresser, the heat of the curling iron melted her hair and Jeongyeon apologized many times.

And another famous episode that showed the strong bond of roommates is that only Jeongyeon hit the blood type of Momo.

When Momo, who didn’t know her blood type, did a blood test, Momo herself, Momo’s mother, JYP’s president, and all the other members expected Momo to be O-type, but only Jeongyeon said, ” Momo is A-type. As expected by Jeongyeon, Momo was A-type.

It is a convincing episode to be said to be a married couple beyond roommates.

Nayeon, Jihyo, and Mina

The only triple room in the dormitory was used by Nayeon, Jihyo, and Mina.

In an interview with the magazine, it was revealed that Nayeon and Mina were roommates, and Jihyo’s name was not mentioned, so at that time it was thought that it was a double room for Nayeon and Mina.

However, recently, Jihyo and Mina talked about having spent their time as roommates from their debut until 2021, so it turned out that it was a triple room for more than three years.

Sana and Chaeyoung

The reason they became roommates was that Sana invited Chaeyoung to use the same room.

As a lucky thing that happened recently, the magazine published an exchange saying “You just got on Sana Onni’s invitation?” To Sana who said “Chaeyoung was lucky to be in the same room as me?”

When they moved to the new dormitory, the members of TWICE were the members and roommates who had the room she wanted to use, but it’s cute to think that Sana really wanted to be in the same room as Chaeyoung.

Dahyun and Tzuyu

Unfortunately, there is little information about Dahyun and Tzuyu. However, since it is clear who the roommates other than the two are, it must be correct that Dahyun and Tzuyu, who are inevitably left, were roommates.

Since 2018, no detailed information about TWICE’s lodgings has been released. In the past, TV programs and other programs often talked about interesting episodes in the dormitory, but before I knew it, the story of the dormitory disappeared.

Also, V LIVE distribution in a relaxed appearance in the dormitory, which was popular with fans, was enjoyed as a place where TWICE members can interact with fans outside the stage, but that was also triggered by the move in 2018.

For the fans who were wondering, the reason is clarified on Momo’s birthday V LIVE.

The reason why TWICE stopped giving out information on the dormitory was the existence of annoying fans called “Sassen fans” who chased after the idol’s private life.

Even when they were delivering V LIVE in a moving car, a member was forced to call attention to the Sassen fan who called them and stop the V LIVE delivery when they were tracking it by car.

There is a high possibility that the dormitory will be identified from the room layout shown in the V LIVE distribution, so in order to protect the privacy and safety of TWICE, the V LIVE distribution in the dormitory has disappeared, and there is no mention of the dormitory.

Therefore, the room allocation for 2018-2019 has not been revealed, but it is known that only two people, Jihyo and Mina, who have been in the same room since their debut, are roommates.

TWICE Dormitory from 2020 to the Present

Since 2018, there is almost no information about TWICE’s Dormitory, so there is no detailed information on accommodation and roommates from 2020 to the present.

There was a rumor among the fans that some members might have started living alone, but “Help! Jihyo and Mina, who appeared in the program “Homes”, said, “I live with my 9 co-members, but there are only three restrooms in the dormitory, so it’s not enough.” I found out.

From this information, it has come to be expected that three rooms are set up in the same building instead of living alone.

Roommate Expectations

Nayeon, Momo, and Sana

It is highly possible that Nayeon, Sana, and Momo live in the same room and each has their own room.

Especially for Momo, I said that it’s like a double room because Sana is always there during V LIVE distribution and I often sleep together, so Momo and Sana have a single room.

And I can see a little of Momo’s room in “MOMO’s TW-LOG with SECRET FRIEND” recently released on TWICE’s YouTube channel, but when she made a noise there, Nayeon was worried, so It turns out that Nayeon also lives in the same room.

Although it is known that Momo is in a single room, they started to keep Norwich Terrier Boo in 2020, and since 2021 they have welcomed Dobby, a protected dog of the same breed as Boo, so it should be one and two. It will be.

You can see Nayeon’s room in “NAYEON’s TW-LOG with SECRET FRIEND” released on TWICE’s official channel as well as Momo.

As far as I can see in the introduction of the interior of the room, Nayeon is probably wrong in a single room.

Jihyo, Jeongyeon, and Mina

It is expected that these three people will also be divided into one room in the same room.

First of all, it is confirmed that Jihyo and Mina, who have been revealed to be roommates from their debut, live in the same room.

Regarding Jeongyeon, “JEONGYEON’s TW-LOG with SECRET FRIEND” shows Jihyo coming to Jihyo’s room and talking, so I knew that Jihyo was in the same space as Jihyo and Mina.

Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu

It is highly possible that Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu also have a single room in the same room.

Also, when Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu did V LIVE in the dormitory, there was no sign of other members, so it also confirms that they live together.

Dahyun’s “DAHYUN’s TW-LOG with SECRET FRIEND” showed Tzuyu turning the camera and interviewing in Dahyun’s room, so there is no doubt that Tzuyu and Dahyun live in the same room.

Chaeyoung is also shooting the same personal Vlog as Dahyun, but there was no sign of other members.

However, since the other members are separated by 3 people in each room, it is considered that they are naturally in the same room as Dahyun and Tzuyu.

Tzuyu also showed a part of the room on his personal Vlog, but it didn’t feel like he had a roommate, so it’s safe to assume that he’s using a single room.

We have two protected dogs, butter and kaya, in a single room, so we live with one and two dogs, and sometimes Momo comes to Tzuyu’s room with Boo and Dobby for V LIVE delivery.
