About NewJeans

A rising KPOP girl group from HYBE Label talks about having a unique concept and style. NewJeans was first digitally debuted last August 1, 2022, and was introduced officially on August 8, 2022.  From the group name itself, NewJeans has been gaining a lot of popularity from all over the world. 

The group is composed of 5 members; Haerin, Hanni, Minji, Danielle, and Hyein. These girls worked so hard to be recognized for their music and they indeed deserve all the love and support from their fans!

NewJeans Fandom Name

NewJeans’ fandom name is called “Bunnies” or “Tokki” in Korean.  

It was revealed after its 100th day from their debut. They released their official fandom name and its official lightstick on the same date!

NewJeans Famous Song

“OMG” is one of NewJeans’ famous songs that is being used in a social media app called TikTok. Users have been using their songs to cover the group’s dance choreography, reaching even outside South Korea!

Another NewJeans song that is well-known today is called “Hype Boy” and “Ditto”. These songs have also gained popularity because of their cute and interesting dance steps.

Haerin is the most popular member of NewJeans. She can speak two languages which are English and Korean. 

She is attracting attention as a cat-faced idol because of her cat-like appearance. And not only the face but also the personality is gentle, and the inside is just like a cat.

Fushigi-chan, who is elusive and seems to be a “strange child”, creates a worldview that is somehow attractive! If I were to describe Haerin in one word, “cat” might be the most appropriate word.

Haerin loves eating almost all types of food but her most favorites are raw fish and nuts. She loves reading and listening to music during her free time. 

One interesting fact about Haerin is that she loves spraying an aroma around her bed as she said it brings comfort to her. She also revealed that she is an unpredictable person and she loves learning new things.

Minji, the eldest daughter of NewJeans.

Danielle is half Australian and half Korean. Her father is an Australian while her mother is Korean. She speaks two languages which are Korean and English.

Always bright and energetic, she is like a vitamin of New Jeans. Just by looking at her behavior and how she responds, you can tell that she is a kind person, and her personality is attractive because she seems to share her strength with you.

While all the members are proud of their good proportions, Danielle stands out for her overwhelmingly small face and delicate unrealistic style.

Hyein, the youngest member of NewJeans. She speaks two languages which are English and Korean.
