A five-member girl group ” LE SSERAFIM ” belongs to the Korean entertainment office “SOURCE MUSIC” under the umbrella of HYBE.
LE SSERAFIM will join Sakura (Sakura Miyawaki) and Kim Chae-won from the popular girl group “IZ*ONE”, which disbanded in April 2021.

Group Name Origin
In the logo motion film that was released along with the release of the group name, the phrase “IM FEARLESS” moved one after another and changed to the words “LE SSERAFIM”.
This is called an anagram, which is a new word created by rearranging the order of the words.
LE SSERAFIM, a group born from “IM FEARLESS”, contains the message “Unwavering from the public eye, moving forward with confidence and fearlessness”.
LE SSERAFIM Fans Club Name
LE SSERAFIM’s fan club name has been decided as FEARNOT.
FEARNOT expresses that the fans who support the fearless LE SSERAFIM are also “fearless”.

Sakura, the oldest member of LE SSERAFIM, is a former member of IZ*ONE and a popular member of the Japanese idol group HKT48.
In 2011, she passed HKT48’s 1st generation member, and in 2014, she also held a concurrent position in AKB48. She was the center for AKB48’s single “Kimi wa Melody” released in 2016.
Also, in the AKB general election, she was a popular member who recorded a self-best 3rd place and was active as the center of the group!
The fact that she is ranked high in the popular vote for the center of top idols alone shows that she is well-known and popular in Japan, but her popularity has changed to something that has gained worldwide support thanks to IZ*ONE’s activities.

Kazuha is a Japanese member. She has been learning ballet since she was 3 years old and has 15 years of ballet experience.
Kazuha, who has experience performing overseas, is studying ballet at the Dutch National Ballet Academy from 2020-2021. During her study abroad, she passed SOURCE MUSIC’s global audition and became a trainee.
Despite being a trainee for only 4 months, She surprised many people with her Korean language and performance skills!

Yunjin is a musical veteran and is LE SSERAFIM’s best vocal line!
She left Korea when she was 8 months old and grew up in the United States for a long time. When she was 17 years old, she auditioned in New York and became a trainee at Pledis Entertainment in 2018.
After being a trainee for about 6 months, she appeared on “PRODUCE 48” and was unfortunately not selected as a member of IZ*ONE, finishing in 26th place.
In addition, member Chaewon was selected as the 6th place and Sakura was selected as the 7th place visual center, so you can see that the best visual members are gathering at LE SSERAFIM!
