7th Place – J-Hope
J-Hope has a beautiful thin body line and a good muscle structure.
There’s no denying that his slender, long limbs and lean muscles are very beautiful, aren’t they?
However, ARMY cannot hide his surprise, “Is there such a muscle?!” in the arm muscle that rises when you put effort into it.
Also, the abdominal muscles that float faintly are also very beautiful.
It’s not a thick muscle, but it’s supple.
J-Hope has more solid muscles in his lower body than in his upper body. His calves and thighs have more muscles than I thought, and people often talk about “with such a thin body, where are the muscles hidden?”
He may have less muscle mass than the other members, but J-Hope seems to have well-balanced and beautiful muscles!

6th Place – Jin
Jin has wide shoulders and looks solid. However, unexpectedly, the lines of his body are thin, and he even told himself, “It is me and J-Hope who have to put on muscles.” Jin’s arms are quite moderately muscled, but they are certainly thin.
Having said that, it seems that muscle training is done to dance intensely, and suspension is done effortlessly!
Also, the abdominal muscles that I saw during the performance were cracked and thick, which surprised ARMY.
Recently, the members around him have started to train, so Jin’s body looks gorgeous, but in 2017 he ranked third among members with a lot of muscle mass.
Jin began to train his muscles shortly after his debut. “I think the reason I can’t dance well is that I don’t have muscles, so I exercise every day to build muscle,” he confesses in the vlog.
Jin’s body shape hasn’t changed much since his debut, but he may have been continuously training his muscles in order to dance well.
5th Place – Yoongi/Suga
Yoongi is also a member who sometimes has a gorgeous image, but he is a member who is talked about as having a large body recently.
In 2018, Yoongi’s muscle training was released, and ARMY gave a surprised voice saying “The arms and pectoral muscles are amazing!”
In addition, he showed off his strong arms in a photo taken during the concert, which showed that he surprisingly had muscles.
In the footage released in October 2021, his upper arm is quite solid.
Yoongi seems to be seriously working on muscle training with Jungkook and Namjoon lately.
When he goes to the gym, he doesn’t even wear a shirt and says, “yeah baby!”. It seems that this has become a thing every time he does muscle training.
In the behind of “In the SOOP”, you can see Yoongi’s training, which is not usually open to the public, and finally squats with a weight of 90kg (because the barbell shaft is usually 20kg).

I think there are many ARMYs who don’t have many images of Taehyung’s muscle training, but he seems to be working hard to build his body these days.
In April 2020, he uploaded a picture of himself doing muscle training on Twitter for the first time, and it became a very hot topic with a slightly unexpected appearance, fan did go crazy and said “I thought it was Jungkook, but it was Tae-tae!”. He holds dumbbells and does muscle training around his shoulders.

3rd Place – Jimin
Speaking of Jimin, many ARMY members think of his neatly cracked six-pack abs they showed in “No More Dream”.
It must have taken a lot of effort to break it up so cleanly. It is said that Jimin’s body shape changed around the time of the release of “Blood, Sweat, and Tears” in 2016.
He thought that instead of attaching strong muscles so far, he changed the way of muscle training so that the line of his body looks beautiful while there is a moderate amount of muscle in his arms and legs.
Still, the secret to making dance look beautiful may be that you have strong inner muscles.
However, in 2018, it has been confirmed that Jimin’s abdominal muscles are cracked, and it seems that the outer muscles are also training at the same time.
What became a hot topic was this comparison image. Jimin is difficult to understand the change in body shape, but the difference is obvious at a glance when wearing the same clothes.
On the right is “Run BTS!” which is broadcasted in February 2021. Jimin is said to be the one on the left eight months ago. You can see that his upper body is getting a little bigger. 2nd Place – Namjoon/RM
In second place to muscle training is Namjoon who has recently undergone a major change in body shape.
Originally, he was a muscular member, but he started to focus on muscle training due to the corona disaster, so his body became even more polished.
There are no creatures that can’t fall in love seriously when Namjoon first started muscle training, he said “I want to lose a little more fat and look slack”, but now he has become completely macho!
Now, muscle training has become one of his hobbies. The training content changes depending on the day, and he also incorporates burpees and quadrupeds.
Even before he started muscle training in earnest, Namjoon had been doing pilates to correct his posture. It seems that he is training inner muscles with pilates and outer muscles with muscle training.
