ASTRO is a boy group consisting of six members that are managed by Fantagio Music. Their first release, a mini album titled Spring Up, was released on February 23, 2016.
During their time spent participating in the talent development program known as Fantagio iTeen, which was run by the management company Fantagio, the members of Astro were given the stage name iTeen Boys.
The first Astro sub-unit, Moonbin & Sanha, will consist of members Moon Bin and Yoon San-ha, as announced by Fantagio on August 14, 2020. They released their debut extended play, titled In-Out, on September 14, 2020, with the song “Bad Idea” serving as the album’s title track.
Astro’s second sub-unit, Jinjin & Rocky, was officially announced by Fantagio on December 27, 2021. On January 17, they made their debut with the extended play titled “Restore.”
ASTRO’s Official Fandom Name
In 2016, on February 23rd, Astro released his first extended play titled Spring Up, which featured the song “Hide & Seek” as the album’s title track. During their debut showcase, the group revealed the name of their official fan club name Aroha, which is an acronym for “Astro hearts all fans.”

His stage name is made up of the hanja characters for “silver” (eun) and “excellence” (woo). It is intended to symbolize the idea that he is a brilliant and outstanding individual no matter where he goes.
Cha Eunwoo and Moonbin appeared at the “Fantagio iTeen Promotional Model Audition” held by Mr. Pizza, a pizza brand in South Korea, in the winter of 2013. His first role as an actor was a bit part in the film My Brilliant Life, which he debuted in the same year (2014).
He had an appearance on the KBS program Hallyu Star & Gangnam Style: Trainee Interview with Rocky, Moonbin, and JinJin in the same year. Between the years 2014 and 2015, he was also the spokesman for the cosmetics brand Shara Shara, which is based in South Korea.
On February 17, 2015, Cha Eunwoo was formally presented to the public for the first time as a member of Fantagio iTeen as a result of the Fantagio iTeen Photo Test Cut. Prior to making his debut, he starred alongside his fellow members of the group in the web drama titled “To Be Continued.”
He is skilled at playing the guitar, piano, flute, and violin. His favorite things to do in his spare time are to go to the movies, listen to music, and play the piano. He is fluent in Korean, and English, and has a fundamental understanding of Japanese.

Moonbin made his debut in the entertainment industry in 2004 in the roles of an ulzzang, child model, and actor. That same year, he also met JinJin, Cha Eunwoo, and Rocky on the KBS show Hallyu Star & Gangnam Style: Trainee Interview. He was officially revealed to the public on January 23, 2015, as the second trainee to do so via the Fantagio iTeen Photo Test Cut.
He spends his free time playing video games and watching National Football League and American football games. Playing piano, water sports, acting, and dancing are some of his specialties. He possesses a highly developed sense of smell.

At the second Fantagio iTeen audition, Sanha performed both vocal and acoustically by singing and playing the guitar. On December 16, 2012, he was accepted into the Fantagio training program, and on February 4, 2015, he was the third and last student to be formally presented with the Fantagio iTeen Photo Test Cut.
After experiencing a period of rapid growth, he was eventually accepted into the ASTRO lineup, despite the fact that his stature had previously prevented him from being considered for the group.
He is gifted at a number of things, including playing guitar, being physically flexible, dancing, and picking up new information quickly. Due to his allergy, he is unable to consume coffee or shellfish. He owns a cat who goes by name Kiyong. His favorite pastimes include picking on other group members and eating. His sexuality can be described as bisexuality.

The first two letters of his given name, Myung Jun, were combined to form his stage name, which is simply known as MJ.
In 2012, MJ attempted to enter Fantagio through the audition process, but he was initially rejected. In 2013, he was successful in fulfilling his goal of becoming an apprentice. After that, he was a part of Fantagio’s iTeen program, which was a talent development initiative for newcomers to the industry. On March 12, 2015, he was presented to the public via a video cover of 2NE1’s Lonely rather than the traditional “Photo Test Cut” method used for the other members’ debuts. Prior to making his debut, he starred alongside his fellow members of the group in the web drama titled “To Be Continued.”
He is able to communicate in English on a basic level. Lee Seung Gi serves as his role model. The color mint and the color yellow are his favorites. Seafood is his go-to choice for a meal. He enjoys drawing as a pastime. Impersonating people and animals, as well as making jokes that aren’t very funny, are two of his talents.

Rocky was in the fifth grade when the South Korean musical adaption of Billy Elliot was being held for auditions, and he was one of the few students to make it through to the final round. He began his training with Fantagio that very same year.
On July 14, 2011, he was also a contestant in Korea’s Got Talent regional audition held in Daegu. Rocky was the first trainee to be formally presented to the public through the Fantagio iTeen Photo Test Cut on January 17, 2015, which was also the day that the trainee concert Lotte World Rising Start Concert took place.
It is intended that his stage name will convey the trustworthy and robust nature that he possesses, which is comparable to that of a rock. Even though he has a large appetite, cucumber is one vegetable he just can’t enjoy.
In taekwondo, he has achieved the rank of fourth dan black belt. He is an expert in the kitchen, on the dance floor, in taekwondo, and in the art of choreography.

He has five years of experience playing the drums and is skilled at beatboxing. If he weren’t an idol, he’d probably be a drummer instead. Because he enjoys taking images of the other members of the group, he is commonly referred to as the photographer of the group.

Who is the Most Popular ASTRO Member?
Cha Eunwoo is the most popular member of the group, according to the rank that people gave him on this list of the most popular members of the group. This is due to his charms when performing with the other members of his group, as well as his talent in acting.
The vast majority of people are familiar with him as a result of his success with several well-known Korean dramas, including “My ID is Gangnam Beauty” and “True Beauty.”
This doesn’t mean, however, that Eunwoo is the only member of ASTRO that people recognize when the name of the band is brought up. Because each member of ASTRO possesses their own unique blend of charisma and talent, the question of which among them is the group’s most popular is ultimately one that can only be answered by the fans.
